Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive platform improvements across the organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, support UAT and release validations, and contribute to process optimization to enhance customer, partner and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
• Experience with platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the product roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, demos and reviews; drive automation opportunities.
