Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce product ownership, align business processes with IT capabilities, and oversee platform administration. You will manage backlogs, gather requirements, and lead WIP through UAT, release validation, and adoption initiatives.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize automation, improve customer and partner experiences, and align platform solutions with enterprise goals.

Formación

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
• Excellent Salesforce Administration knowledge and practical experience.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.
• Experience with Jira and using it to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs; define product vision and roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities with business leaders.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration; manage data integrity and security.
• Coordinate releases, UAT, and production readiness; support integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP.
