Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce teams. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration, with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operate with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
• Influence prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manage dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
