Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce-focused product ownership, business process management, and administration. Qualifications
- Experience managing Salesforce platforms (5+ years).
- Proven track record as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Admin capabilities and platform governance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and ECS business processes.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with systems like Power BI, ERP, and ArrowSphere.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce admin and support across environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-deployment support.
- Support integrations with ArrowSphere and other business apps.
