Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, drive process improvements, and lead product ownership activities across the platform.

The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable solutions, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, automation, and customer/partner/employee

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs; define product vision and roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and ArrowSphere ecosystems.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and ensure data governance and security.
