Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own the Salesforce product backlog, define the roadmap, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to drive automation and process improvements across global teams.

The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment support

Formación

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree.
• Salesforce Administration expertise and strong product ownership background are required.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UX/UAT and stakeholder reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog and roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage platform integrations and vendor relationships across Salesforce and related apps.
• Perform UAT planning and release validation for medium-to-large initiatives.
