Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Requires understanding of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration skills including declarative automation and data modeling.
- Experience with platform integrations and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define vision/roadmap.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Support data governance, security, and platform compliance across Salesforce environments.
