Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and drive automation and process improvements across the platform.

Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed; requires 5+ years in Salesforce/Business Process roles and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce/Business Process roles.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or BP Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Provide system administration and governance for Salesforce environments.
