Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to align business goals with scalable Salesforce-based solutions. You will own backlogs, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and lead sprint ceremonies with IT and stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll drive automation, process improvements, and platform adoption across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, and Power BI, while coordinating across vendor and internal teams. Fully remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong Salesforce administration and data modeling skills.
• Experience with automation, integration, and process improvement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Provide system administration for Salesforce environments.
