- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience in product ownership and business process design.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and governance skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption.
- Lead UAT, solution design discussions, and post-deployment support.
