Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce-driven process improvements and act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and guide agile delivery across medium to large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operate with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects and governance activities.
