Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a fully remote Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
The candidate will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive automation initiatives across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and practice.
- Experience leading requirements, UAT, and release validations for medium to large initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs; define roadmap and priorities.
- Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support.
- Coordinate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage data integrity, governance, and security in Salesforce environments.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP.
