Arrow Electronics is seeking a remote Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership. You will combine Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

The role emphasizes owning Salesforce backlogs, defining roadmaps, gathering requirements, and driving process automation with cross-functional teams. Fully remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms and 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support.
