Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and data modelling.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms and related integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlog, define roadmap and acceptance criteria.
- Gather requirements, translate into epics, features and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems.
