Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce-based solutions. You will own Salesforce backlogs, define the product roadmap, and translate requirements into actionable stories.
The role integrates Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration within a fully remote arrangement. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and leaders to drive automation, optimize processes, and ensure scalable platform solutions across enterprise
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and Salesforce Administration.
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support and release validation activities across Salesforce.
