Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to ensure business objectives are translated into scalable platform solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and platform ownership.
• Experience translating business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities across customers, partners, and employees.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and support, including configuration and data governance.
