Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive automation and adoption across platforms.

Qualifications

Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and BPM within Salesforce environments.
Advanced Salesforce Administration experience is required.
5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms; 3+ years in Product Owner/Business Process Manager roles.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; facilitate agile ceremonies.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and support integrations across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other systems.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, release planning, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
Influence prioritization decisions across stakeholder groups and manage dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
