Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, define the roadmap, and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to drive automation, governance, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, design, UAT, release validation, and post-deployment support.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Oversee platform support, release validation, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
- Support UAT planning and execution; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
