Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive automation to improve customer and employee experiences.

You will lead planning, provide system administration across Salesforce Environments, and ensure successful release planning and production readiness. This is a fully remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and ECS business processes and applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration and data modeling.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment support.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Drive automation and process improvements with business leaders.
• Lead end-to-end validation for medium to large initiatives.
