Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce product ownership, BPM, and administration across ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP integrations, and partner programs. You translate business needs into scalable platform solutions while aligning with Enterprise Architecture and governance.

You’ll own backlogs, facilitate planning, gather requirements, and lead UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce Product Owner / BPM roles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Strong data modeling and reporting for Salesforce dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce backlog and define epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and platform improvements across Salesforce and related apps.
