Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own the Salesforce backlog, translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, and lead cross-functional design and deployment efforts. This role blends Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce administration to improve efficiency and customer experiences.
You will coordinate with IT, developers, and leadership, driving adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and ArrowSphere integrations.
Competenze
- Advanced Salesforce administration experience.
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner / Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Mansioni
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Lead UAT planning and release validations for medium to large initiatives.
- Drive automation and process improvements across platforms.
