Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. Responsibilities include owning the Salesforce backlog, shaping the product roadmap, and driving automation and process improvements across ArrowSphere and related systems.

The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable solutions in a fully remote setup with opportunities to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation, and user adoption.
