Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a remote Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product backlogs, drive process improvements, and partner with IT, architects, and leadership to deliver scalable platform solutions. You will own the product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and translate business needs into epics and stories.
The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to optimize automation, governance, and stakeholder alignment across ArrowSphere, ERP, BI tools, and
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration
- Experience leading requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives
- Experience with platform integrations and enterprise architecture alignment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements with business leaders.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, enhancements, release validations, and adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for large initiatives.
