Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across the ArrowSphere and related systems in a fully remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform support or Product Ownership.
• Experience leading requirements, design discussions, UAT, and post-deploy support.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, data modeling, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories with criteria.
• Coordinate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews; drive platform adoption.
