Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, administer Salesforce platforms, and drive process improvements across the business. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in related roles, strong Salesforce expertise, and the ability to manage priorities across projects, with a fully remote arrangement in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product ownership and agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and integration.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to epics and user stories.
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs and roadmap alignment.
• Define product vision, gather requirements, and write acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint events and partner with leaders on automation opportunities.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, Power BI, ERP, and ArrowSphere.
• Lead UAT, release validation, and post deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
• Influence prioritization across stakeholders and manage cross-team dependencies.
