Arrow Electronics is seeking a talented Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include owning Salesforce backlogs, gathering requirements, and driving automation across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, and related tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- ~3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience supporting platform integrations.
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
