Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations and cloud-based enterprise apps.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validations, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
