Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to serve as the Salesforce product owner and BPM lead. You will align business needs with scalable Salesforce solutions, manage backlogs, and drive automation and process improvements across the platform.

You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end enhancements while maintaining governance and data integrity. This is a fully remote role with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with platform integrations and data modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience using JIRA to write user stories, bugs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities enhancing customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operate with minimal supervision while balancing priorities across projects, enhancements, production support, and governance.
