Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive automation for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role involves product ownership, process design, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives, with full remote work options and occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms and platform integrations.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, data modeling, automation, and dashboards.
• Certifications in Salesforce or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
