Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, define product vision, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will coordinate with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to drive automation and process improvements across multi-team initiatives.
The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to deliver enterprise-scale results, with fully remote work arrangements and a strong focus
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience required.
- Experience with platform integrations and data modeling for reports/dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define vision/roadmap.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead requirements gathering and design discussions for medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Support UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support across Salesforce/ArrowSphere.
