Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to align Salesforce initiatives with business goals. You will own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews in a remote-first environment with travel as needed.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to drive automation, data integrity, and platform adoption across Salesforce,

Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms and related apps.
3+ years in Product Owner/Business Process Manager roles.
Experience with platform integrations and data governance.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog.
Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Provide Salesforce administration and support across environments; ensure data integrity and security.
