Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product backlogs, define a clear vision, and translate business needs into Epics and user stories across the platform.

You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to drive automation, ensure scalable solutions, and manage sprint ceremonies; this role supports enterprise processes while working fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as required.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Operate with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across projects and governance activities.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support.
