Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive adoption of platform capabilities that enhance customer, partner, and employee
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications)
- Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration
- Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
