Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, shape vision, governance, and investments.

You will lead cross-functional CoE, ensure platform health, data integrity, security, and lifecycle management while inspiring collaboration across Sales, Service, and Digital initiatives. The role requires extensive leadership across business segments, architecture oversight, and expert guidance without owning delivery, driving value through

Qualifications

Must have 10+ years in technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
Experience leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS/CRM in a large multi-unit environment.
Proven ability to establish or mature a Salesforce CoE, operating model, governance, and portfolio management.
Experience with org/rationalization, data, security, and change impacts.
Strong vendor, financial, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Ability to articulate business impact of platform decisions to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance across Ryder segments.
Chair the Salesforce CoE and govern architecture, releases, and standards.
Build durable relationships with senior leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
Define reference architectures, API patterns, data governance, and security controls.
Lead platform rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management.
Oversee vendor and financial management, contracts, and investment trade-offs.
