Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and roadmaps for multiple segments. You will chair the Salesforce CoE, partner with Sales, Service, Security, and Data teams, and guide a distributed product and support ecosystem to deliver value across the enterprise.

The role demands an enterprise leader who balances technical depth with collaboration, governance, and scalable execution across Ryder’s broad business landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce/enterprise SaaS in a large, multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps through the Salesforce CoE.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, data integrity, and lifecycle management across Salesforce instances.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into enterprise Salesforce choices and outcomes.
