Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director to own the Salesforce platform, setting vision, operating model, and investment priorities for FMS, SCS, and RLM.

You will chair the Salesforce CoE, drive governance, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver a coherent Salesforce roadmap and sustained business value. The role demands enterprise leadership, collaboration across segments, and accountability for platform health, security, and data integrity, with a focus on safe innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in a relevant field with strategic leadership experience.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization and governance initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and establish CoE models.
• Strong vendor, financial, and impact-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence and drive architecture reviews and standards.
• Align platform initiatives with sales, service, data, and digital strategies.
• Ensure platform health, security, risk management, and regulatory controls.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and budget planning.
• Coach leaders, develop talent, and guide distributed product and support teams.
