Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director for the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

This leader will set vision, governance, and a multi-year roadmap, chair the Salesforce CoE, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive platform health, security, and business value. The role requires deep enterprise Salesforce experience, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into a coherent Salesforce strategy while guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms in a large multi-unit environment.
5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.
Executive stakeholder management and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce strategy, governance, and a multi-year transformation roadmap.
Lead Salesforce CoE and chair architecture reviews for quality and security.
Build durable relationships with senior leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
Establish design standards, best practices, and guardrails for configuration and integration.
Oversee vendor, licensing, and financial planning related to the Salesforce platform.
