Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set vision, operating model, and guardrails, leading a cross-functional CoE and distributed teams to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, and business leaders to deliver value, manage risk, and drive Salesforce optimization across Sales, Service, and Digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or large-scale SaaS/CRM platforms in a multi-unit environment.
• 5+ years leading managers and establishing a CoE, governance, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Establish Salesforce vision, governance, org strategy, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead CoE and cross-functional collaboration across sales, service, product, security, and data.
• Set standards for architecture, DevSecOps, data quality, and security across platforms.
• Drive platform rationalization, lifecycle management, and cost/value trade-offs.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and executive governance with Salesforce.
