Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap, governance, and investments.

You will chair the Salesforce CoE and align leaders across Sales, Service, and Digital to drive business value while maintaining platform health, security, and data integrity. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams to establish reference architectures, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms, products, or customer-facing business applications.
10+ years in leadership of Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern a long-term Salesforce strategy, architecture, and investment plan across the enterprise.
Lead Salesforce CoE and mature the operating model, governance, and success metrics.
Maintain platform health, security, reliability, data integrity, and risk management across all Salesforce instances.
