Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap, governance, and platform health.

This leader will collaborate with Sales Operations, Service, Product, Security, and EA teams to translate complex business needs into a unified Salesforce strategy. The role chairs the Salesforce Center of Excellence, guides distributed product and support teams, and acts as Ryder's relationship owner with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps; chair Salesforce CoE.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and data integrity across instances.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, Service, Product, Security, and EA teams.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, design reviews, and best practices.
• Partner with data and integration teams to define reference architectures and API patterns.
• Guide rationalization and lifecycle management of Salesforce products and customizations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and cost optimization.
