Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, setting vision, governance, and investment priorities. You will lead a cross-functional CoE, drive platform health and security, and partner with business segments to deliver measurable value.

The role requires a proven leader who can translate complex needs into a coherent Salesforce roadmap, build trust across Sales, Service, Data, and IT, and manage budgets and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 10+ years in technology leadership.
• Experience leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms in a large, complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Experience establishing a Salesforce CoE, platform operating model, governance, and portfolio management.

Responsabilités

• Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, governance, and multi-year vision.
• Chair Salesforce CoE and align cross-functional stakeholders to enterprise priorities.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance across instances.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority, and reviews for quality and scalability.
• Align business and technology priorities, translate trade-offs into enterprise decisions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Drive change management, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
