Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, set the vision, governance, and investment priorities across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

This role leads a distributed team, chairs the Salesforce CoE, and aligns business stakeholders to deliver value while maintaining security and reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in IS/CS/Engineering/Business or related field
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms or large-scale apps
• 10+ years in leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization/consolidation and related data/security impacts
• Executive stakeholder management, vendor/commercial negotiations, financial planning, and business-case realization

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Salesforce vision, governance, and investment plan
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and mature the operating model with defined roles and processes
• Lead platform health, security, risk, and lifecycle management across all Salesforce instances
• Build durable relationships with Sales, Service, Product, Security, Data, and IT leaders
• Establish pragmatic guardrails for configuration, development, and integration
• Oversee vendor management, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization
