Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

You will set the vision, governance, and investment roadmap, lead the Salesforce CoE, and drive risk, security, and reliability improvements with cross‑functional partners. The role demands a trusted enterprise leader who can align business and technology priorities, translate complex needs into a coherent roadmap, mentor teams, and partner with Salesforce to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10 years or more in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms, products, or customer-facing business applications.
10 years or more in leadership of Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment.
7 years or more in leading managers and influencing cross-functional teams; establishing or maturing a Salesforce CoE.
5 years or more in executive stakeholder management, vendor/commercial negotiations, financial planning, and business-case realization.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap; chair the Salesforce CoE.
Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
Lead relationships with cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into enterprise choices.
Create and enforce guardrails for configuration, development, integration, and security.
Define reference architectures, data governance, and integration patterns with data leaders.
