Job summary

This leader will drive platform health, data integrity, security, and lifecycle management, chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence, and partner with executive sponsors to translate complex business needs into a coherent roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of technology leadership.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platforms in a large, complex environment.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce governance, org rationalization, and portfolio management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year Salesforce vision, roadmap, and governance with the CoE.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk management.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Create standards for configuration, development, data, security, and DevSecOps.
• Lead reference architectures, integration patterns, and data governance.
• Oversee rationalization and lifecycle management of Salesforce instances and products.
