Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, set vision and guardrails, and lead a cross-functional CoE across Sales, Service and Data domains.

The role demands collaboration, governance, and the ability to translate complex business needs into a scalable Salesforce roadmap. The leader will partner with enterprise architects, data leaders, and security teams to ensure platform health, security, and value realization while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Extensive senior technology leadership experience with enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM environments.
• Experience building CoE, operating models, governance, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Establish Salesforce strategy, governance, and a multi-year roadmap with the CoE.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across instances.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and enterprise decision-making.
• Create guardrails for configuration, development, data, identity, security, and DevSecOps.
• Define reference architectures and data governance with enterprise partners.
• Drive platform rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management.
