Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will define vision, governance, and investment priorities across FMS, SCS, and RLM, leading a cross-functional CoE and distributed teams to deliver value while maintaining security and data integrity. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Service, Product, Security, and EA to align priorities, manage risk, and drive a scalable, governance-driven roadmap for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, CS, engineering, business or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.
• 7+ years leading managers and establishing Salesforce CoE and governance.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization/consolidation.
• 5+ years in executive stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and business-case realization.
• Salesforce multi-org strategy and advanced platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and CoE operating model.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across instances.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders to align priorities.
• Set technical standards and review architecture and code for quality and security.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data governance.
• Lead platform rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management.
