Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set vision and governance, lead the CoE, and partner across divisions to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that drive sales, service, and data outcomes.

You will manage platform health, architecture, risk, and lifecycle, while guiding teams and maintaining executive relationships to ensure measurable business value and safe, innovative progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years technology leadership with enterprise platforms or customer-facing apps.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM in a multi-unit environment.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization/consolidation and related impacts.
• 5+ years in executive stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year Salesforce vision, roadmap, governance, and CoE with cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
• Lead relationships with Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, EA, Data, and other leaders; translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, identity models, and data governance.
• Lead platform rationalization, consolidation, and transition roadmaps while preserving continuity.
