• Set Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance across Salesforce instances.
• Lead Salesforce CoE and cross-functional operating model; establish decision rights and reviews.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory controls.
• Mentor teams and align leaders across business segments to enterprise priorities.
• Provide guidance on standards, architecture reviews, and quality of deliverables.
