Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own Ryder's Salesforce ecosystem.

The role defines vision, governance, and investment priorities for Salesforce across FMS, SCS, and RLM, guiding teams and ensuring platform health, security, and data integrity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership for enterprise platforms and customer-facing apps.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM in a large, complex environment.
• 7+ years leading managers and influencing cross-functional teams; establishing a Salesforce CoE.
• 5+ years in Salesforce org/instance rationalization including data, integration, security.
• 5+ years in executive stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, financial planning, and business-case realization.
• Salesforce multi-org strategy, platform architecture, environment strategy, lifecycle management.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder) At hire or equivalent experience.
• ITIL, product mgmt, agile, architecture, security or change management certs.

Responsibilities

• Bring leaders from multiple business segments and technology disciplines together around common outcomes and priorities.
• Navigate a matrixed organization, facilitate constructive debate, surface trade-offs, and drive decisions.
• Anticipate stakeholder impacts, sponsor adoption, address resistance, coordinate communications and training.
• Translate platform complexity into concise business choices, recommendations, and outcomes for senior executives.
• Optimize Ryder-wide value, customer experience, security, and maintainability across the enterprise.
• Encourage curiosity, responsiveness, continuous improvement, and close partnership between business and technology teams.
• Partners with Enterprise Infrastructure, Security, Integration Services & Data Services to drive vulnerability remediation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
