Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will set the vision, operating model, investment priorities, and guardrails across FMS, SCS, and RLM, ensuring platform health, security, reliability, and data integrity. You will lead a cross-functional Salesforce Center of Excellence, partner with enterprise leaders, and turn complex business needs into a coherent roadmap while delivering measurable value and enabling safe, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field is required.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platform responsibility is required.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment is required.
• Experience building or leading a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and portfolio-management capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to translate priorities into enterprise choices and actions.
• Define and enforce design standards, guardrails, and DevSecOps practices for scalable solutions.
• Partner with enterprise architects and data leaders on reference architectures and data governance.
• Drive platform rationalization, lifecycle management, and cost optimization with governance.
